Allergy Notice: A lot of our products are made with ingredients derived from coconuts, tree nuts (such as shea butter), and various seed oils. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredient lists carefully and use at your own discretion.
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process, with delivery via USPS Ground Advantage taking 2–5 business days. Please note that the Post Office is closed on all Federal holidays, which may affect delivery times. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier, and Earthly Ash cannot control or guarantee actual delivery dates once orders have been shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has an error, please contact us within 20 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 20 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order, or shipping details.
We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that each one of our products is precious and has been individually created by hand and packed with care.
Every product is made in small batches daily for maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. Only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering. Earthly Ash is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the caliber and integrity of every ingredient and product we craft, and we share all product ingredients on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping. In the rare case of a reaction, please stop use immediately and seek assistance, if needed.
Please perform a patch test before using any of our products. If you have purchased multiple products, we recommend introducing each one gradually and one at a time into your skincare routine. If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again.
We understand that each person has a unique preference in scents and textures. However, as a small handcrafted business, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures, or colors.
Most of Earthly Ash's products are made without preservatives, additives, and chemical ingredients. To maintain product integrity, avoid adding water and store in a cool, dry place.
In the summer months, we do our best to ship our tallow-based face creams and body butters in ice packs. However, these face creams and body butters may arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. You have consented to the possibility of them arriving in this state, and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If your face cream or body butter arrives in a melted or liquid state, please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected.
