Directions: Hold it in your hands and let your body heat do the magic. Rub the bar between your hands with light to medium pressure. Place the bar back into the tin then massage the moisture into your hands, cuticles, elbows, or heels (or wherever you see fit). It can be used immediately after a shower to lock the moisture in. I wash my hands A LOT, I find these bars to be a lifesaver to help soothe and protect them.
