Each board is thoughtfully engraved with your chosen design, personalization, names, dates, wording, or artwork to create a one-of-a-kind piece that is uniquely yours. Whether you're creating a wedding guest signing board, personalized charcuterie board, serving board, anniversary keepsake, family piece, or meaningful gift, your board can be customized to suit the occasion.
Choose from a variety of available layouts or work with me to create a design that fits your vision. Depending on the design and intended use, the engraving can be created with open space for guest signatures and messages, or designed as a more decorative or functional serving piece.
For weddings, the open space can be intentionally incorporated into the design so guests can sign, leave messages, and become part of the artwork. After the celebration, it becomes a beautiful piece you can display in your home — a guest book you don't have to put away.
For other occasions, your board can be personalized as a charcuterie board, serving board, family keepsake, housewarming gift, anniversary gift, or custom engraved piece made specifically for someone special.

Because each piece is individually engraved, no two boards will be 100% exactly alike.
Guest Signing
For designs created as a guest signing board, intentional open space is incorporated into the layout for your guests to leave their names, messages, and well wishes.
Guests can use a fine-tip permanent marker to sign directly onto the finished board. As the board fills with signatures and personal messages, your special occasion becomes part of the artwork itself.
Please note: Guest signing is intended for boards being used as keepsakes. If you are ordering a board for use as a charcuterie or serving board, guest signing is not recommended.

Board Details
Each board is crafted from beautiful East Indian Walnut, sourced from Indonesia. I work with a local Maryland company that specializes in these boards, with operations in Central Java, Indonesia, and a wood shop here in Maryland.
The wood is naturally beautiful, and each board will have its own unique grain, color variation, and character. Because this is a natural wood product, no two boards will look exactly alike.
These boards feature a live-edge design, showcasing the natural character and organic shape of the wood. The live edge has been professionally cleaned and prepared, as this same type of board may also be used for serving and charcuterie boards.
Finger Relief: The back of the board features a built-in finger relief, making it easy and comfortable to grip, lift, and move the board. See the product photos for a closer look at this feature.
For transparency, the supplier's company name is permanently engraved into the edge of the board. This engraving is very subtle and difficult to see unless you are specifically looking for it. An image showing the location of this engraving is included in the product photos so you can see exactly where it appears.
- 18" × 12" × 1" — ideal for larger guest counts (if using as a guest signing board)
- 15" × 9.5" × 1" — ideal for smaller to medium guest counts (if using as a guest signing board)
- 10" Round × 1" — a beautiful option for more intimate weddings (if using as a guest signing board)

- Provide your names/initials, date, and any requested details.
- I will create your personalized design.
- I will email you a proof of your personalized design for approval. Please carefully review all names, spelling, initials, and dates. Engraving will not begin until you have approved your design. Once approved, engraving begins.
- Your custom board is engraved and finished by hand. Each board is sealed with a natural wood butter made with beeswax and walnut oil, enhancing and protecting the natural beauty of the wood.
- Your finished keepsake is carefully packaged and shipped, ready to become part of a special celebration, meaningful moment, or lasting memory.
