We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any product. If purchasing multiple products, introduce them gradually—one at a time—into your routine. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and allow at least one week before attempting use again.
Earthly Ash provides full ingredient transparency for every product. While we stand behind the quality and integrity of our ingredients, Earthly Ash is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing. Processing time refers to the period from when your order is received to when it is prepared, packed, and set out for shipment.
Shipping time is separate from processing time and begins once your order has been handed off to the carrier. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery times of 2–5 business days.
Please note that the United States Postal Service is closed on Sundays and all Federal holidays, which may affect both processing and transit times.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier. Earthly Ash cannot control or guarantee delivery dates once an order has shipped.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, modifying items, or adjusting shipping details.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. This includes dissatisfaction with scent, texture, color, or personal preference.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an error, please contact us within 20 days of your order date so we can assist you. Requests made after 20 days cannot be accommodated.
All Earthly Ash products are handcrafted in small batches daily to ensure quality and freshness. Because of this, returned products cannot be accepted.
Only one discount may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
Most Earthly Ash products are made without preservatives, additives, or harsh chemical ingredients. To maintain product integrity, store products in a cool, dry place and avoid introducing water into containers.
During summer months, we do our best to ship tallow-based face creams and body butters with ice packs. However, these products may arrive softened or melted due to temperature conditions during transit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of softened or melted products. Refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival. If this occurs, place the product upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies. Texture may change, but the quality and effectiveness of the product remain unchanged.
