Suggested Recipe & How To Use
This is a scaled recipe designed for a large, long-lasting batch. Adjust amounts to suit your own needs. This is just what I make, but you can do it however you see fit. You can create your own recipe.
- 1 full box of borax
- 1 full box of washing soda
- 1 full box of baking soda
- 1 cup sodium percarbonate (optional – for extra stain-fighting and whitening support)
- Almost the full 60 oz Pure Coconut Soap – Laundry Base, grated
Once the soap is grated and all ingredients are combined, process the mixture through a blender or food processor until it becomes a fine, even powder.
Store in an airtight glass container.
To Use:
Add 2–4 tablespoons per load, depending on laundry size and soil level.
This creates an extremely cost-effective, long-lasting laundry blend. Once made in a larger batch, it will last for a very long time and supports a simple, natural laundry routine.
Important Note
This bar is made with 100% coconut oil for strong cleansing properties and is intended primarily for laundry and household cleaning use. It is too cleansing for regular use on the skin. NOT INTENDED FOR BODY (shower) USE.
