How to Dry Brush

1. Start with dry skin before your shower.
2. Brush toward your heart — from feet upward, hands toward shoulders, and circular motions on the abdomen.
3. Use gentle pressure — firm enough to stimulate blood flow, but not scratch your skin.
4. Rinse off in the shower, then follow with a moisturizer or body oil.

Care Instructions: Mix water with a little alcohol and add a few drops of tea tree oil. Spray the brush between uses. Allow to air dry between uses. Completely wash it once/week by soaking in warm soapy water. Let it soak for 5-10 minutes and then shake out excess water.
