Wax Melt Bouquets

Please read the information below before placing your order to understand the ordering process.

A beautifully handcrafted bouquet made from scented wax melts, thoughtfully designed to resemble real flowers. Each arrangement features high-quality faux fillers and real dried, preserved florals, adding an authentic touch of natural elegance. Display it as long-lasting home décor and enjoy its beauty throughout your space.

These bouquets are truly meant for décor. If your bouquet is a seasonal style, it can be gently wrapped and stored away until that season returns. It’s the perfect blend of beauty, craftsmanship, and intention — no watering needed, just enjoy.

Each bouquet is designed and assembled to order, requiring time, care, and thoughtful attention to detail. If you see a bouquet that has already been created and would like something similar, it may be used as inspiration. However, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Natural variation and artistic interpretation are part of what makes each bouquet truly one of a kind.

What's Included:

• 8 - 26 wax melts on each bouquet (depending on the size and style of the melts used in its creation).

• 1-4 Colors (Choose up to four traditional colors for your bouquet. Custom color blends—for example, shades like sage, teal, coral—can be created to the best of my ability. Please remember, we’re coloring wax, and the pigments used are fairly standard—so while I’ll do my best to match your vision, exact shades may vary slightly). When entering your color choice, you can also specify a particular shade — for example, light blue, dark blue, or navy. Please include those details if you have a specific color in mind. If you don't want a 3rd or 4th color, you may leave it blank
• 1-3 Fragrance Selections (Fragrances are subject to change based on availability and season. Occasionally, I may have just used up the last of a particular scent and no longer have it in stock. If that happens, I’ll reach out so you can choose another fragrance — or, if time isn’t of the essence, I can reorder it for you. If there’s a specific scent you’re hoping for, please ask! I may still have it and it’s just not listed, or I may be able to get it.) If you want all one fragrance, in the drop down box for fragrance 2 & 3, choose none.

  • Pricing shown at checkout reflects the deposit only. The final balance will be due once your bouquet is complete and ready for delivery. Please note: all ordering and checkout details are listed at the bottom of this page in full detail.

Noted Information:

I typically need 2 days but sometimes 3 to complete each bouquet (just to be on the safe side-sometimes I can be out of stock on vases or the faux greenery and I need an extra day). If I’m backed up on orders, I’ll reach out to you via text message — so please be sure your contact details are correct. We can either reschedule your order for a later date, or if that doesn’t work for you, it is okay to cancel, no worries, deposit will be returned in this case.

These bouquets are designed to be enjoyed as a decorative piece for an extended period — it’s truly an everlasting piece of art. Over time, it may need a gentle dusting to keep it looking its best. You can also carefully wrap it up for safe keeping and bring it back out at another time to enjoy again.

However, if you choose to melt the wax flowers right away, please allow at least 10 days after receiving your bouquet before doing so. The wax is freshly made and needs time to properly cure for the best fragrance experience. This is my honest recommendation, coming directly from the maker — I personally would not melt them after receiving the bouquet. They are intended to be enjoyed as art and décor.

Free local delivery is available for Preston, Hurlock, and Federalsburg.

If you choose to meet instead of delivery, the meeting location will be Royal Farms in Federalsburg. Please select the day you would like to meet, and I will confirm the time with you via the phone number provided at checkout as your selected date approaches. If dates are blocked out, this means I am full and can't take any more orders. I also don't typically delivery on Saturday and Sundays but can make adjustments if my schedule permits.

When selecting a meeting date, this date will also be considered the delivery date if delivery is needed for your bouquet.

The pricing shown at checkout reflects a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit secures your order and ensures my time and materials are reserved.

Vase pricing details are listed above. For convenience, they are summarized below:
• 5-inch vase: $75 total — $20 non-refundable deposit due at checkout, with a remaining balance of $55
• 7-inch vase: $95 total — $20 non-refundable deposit due at checkout, with a remaining balance of $75

The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide 24–48 hours prior to delivery, regardless of whether you choose to pay by card or cash for the remaining balance. This ensures you will always know the total amount due.

If delivery is requested outside of the free delivery areas, a delivery fee will apply and will be added to the invoice.

Delivery is calculated at $0.60 per mile from the starting location to the delivery location:
• Up to 25 miles: one-way mileage is calculated
• Over 25 miles: mileage is calculated at $0.60 per mile for the total round trip
