This is completely natural and doesn’t affect the quality or benefits of the product. However, please note that once melted, the texture will no longer be whipped — it will solidify into a smooth balm-like consistency when cooled.

As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars to the top, however, if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.

If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify. The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.

Cold Weather Shipping Notice: Your tallow cream may arrive stiff or even slightly hard. This is okay and normal. After a few hours in your room-temperature home, the tallow will soften back up to the correct soft consistency.
