Cold Weather Shipping: Because tallow naturally responds to temperature, your cream may arrive a bit stiff or slightly firm—especially during colder weather. This is completely normal. After resting for a few hours in your room-temperature home, it will return to its smooth, soft consistency. You can also warm it instantly by scooping a small amount into your hands and allowing your body heat to melt it perfectly for application.

Summer Heat Shipping: Because of summer heat, Body Butter shipping is paused from May through September to prevent melting during transit. Self-pickup will be available during this time. I truly don’t want you receiving a product that isn’t perfect. Shipping usually resumes late September to early October, depending on the weather.
